Indigenous Sport & Community Wellness Consulting
We support organizations in building inclusive, culturally safe, and community-rooted sport systems. Our work is grounded in Indigenous leadership, trauma-informed practice, and movement as medicine. Through Red Girl Rising, Wina Wllness and Team 700, we have developed models that remove barriers to participation, support youth facing adversity, and create pathways from sport participation into leadership.
We now work with sport organizations, schools, and community groups across BC to help design programs and systems that reflect these principles.
“Ivy’s efforts have helped to create inclusive environments where everyone, regardless of background, benefits from the healing advantages of movement.”

The Team 700 Model
Much of this consulting work grows from the Team 700 model developed through Red Girl Rising.
This model focuses on:
- Indigenous-led programming
- Trauma-informed coaching
- Barrier removal
- Community-rooted program design
- Youth mentorship and leadership pathways
These principles have supported the growth of Indigenous youth participation in boxing and are now informing broader sport and community initiatives.
Youth Leadership Add-On
Workshops can include an optional Youth Leadership component where a youth co-facilitator with lived experience in Indigenous-led sport joins the session.
This youth leader contributes perspective, storytelling, activity support, and participant engagement throughout the workshop.
Including youth in this role models meaningful youth leadership in action and grounds learning in real-world experience.
